1. Overview
CC-PDOD51 is a high-density 16-point sinking digital output module for Honeywell Experion PKS C300 DCS, matched with dedicated IOTA terminal base CC-TDOD51. It outputs 24VDC sink-type switching signals, each channel independent with hardware short-circuit overcurrent protection to avoid module burnout caused by field wiring faults. It adopts hot-swap design, G3 conformal coating, and full-channel LED status indication. Compared with relay-type DO modules, it has faster response speed, smaller cabinet footprint, and is widely used for mass on-off control of small field actuators in power, petrochemical, oil & gas and water treatment plants.
